Law enforcement practice in countering organized forms of complicity in committing envi-ronmental crimes

Based on the official statistical sources available from Office of Prosecutor General and State Judicial Administration Ukraine, group component environmental crime has been analyzed for period 2009-2022. The long-term criminological analysis made by authors allowed identifying specific characteristics criminals in this category finding out indicators criminal activity, including as part organized groups, well types encroachment committed. relevant relative pertaining to examined categories crimes are calculated illustrated diagrams. By using indicators, specifically proportion detected convicted persons who committed a group, comparing results obtained with similar total ascertained that value indicator is significantly higher - 21.2 % versus 11.5 terms 28.3 15.3 convicted. It found conviction almost twice high (1.84). an or organization amounted 0.8% same (0.45%).
